Returns Policy

  • All items over $30 can be returned for refund.

  • Goods must be returned unworn & unwashed within 14 days of your order date.

  • Goods must be returned folded in it’s original packaging.

  • All tags must still be attached to the garment(s).

  • We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage fee (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) within 14 days.

  • While our garments are always produced with careful attention to quality ,if something you purchased is faulty we will provide you with a replacement or full refund on that item..

  • Refunds are not given for garments that are damaged due to care instructions not being followed.

Returns Checklist

It’s easy to return an item by following these 4 steps:
  • Fold garment with tags intact, place in the original polybag & seal well.

  • Complete this returns form with all details filled in. (DOWNLOAD Returns Form)

  • Include the packing slip that you received with your parcel.

  • Use original postage bag and send to: Deshabillé Returns: Invenco - Unit 2, 1 Secombe Place, Moorebank NSW 2170.

Need to exchange? 
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, simply place a new order online.
