How do I return something?
To return an item(s), please fill out the Returns and Exchanges form and include the receipt that you received with your parcel.
Please note - refunds are not given for garments that are damaged due to care instructions not being followed.
Please note: There is no return or exchange on sale items.
How do I exchange something?
If you would like to exchange for a different colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above, and include $9.50 (cheque, money order or credit card details)
If you are changing size – redelivery is free within Australia and New Zealand (excludes postage cost of items returned to Deshabille). Original freight charges apply for all other countries.
Where do I send it?

We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see in the catalogue & on the web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual moniter settings.
While our garments are always produced with careful attention to quality, if something you purchased is faulty we will provide you with a full refund or exchange on that item.
