How do I return something? 

To return an item(s), please fill out the Returns and Exchanges form and include the receipt that you received with your parcel. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage fee (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

Please note - refunds are not given for garments that are damaged due to care instructions not being followed. 

How do I exchange something?

If you would like to exchange for a different colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above, and include $8.50 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for re-delivery within Australia, and $10 for re-delivery to New Zealand (credit cards only).

If you are changing size – redelivery is free. (excludes postage cost of items returned to Deshabille) Original freight charges apply for all other countries.
