Deshabille offers a special postage rate for all orders placed online, within Australia - of $9.00 flat rate.

All orders are sent via a courier service to ensure fast & safe delivery to your door. As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address or P.O. Box if you think you won’t be home to sign for your delivery.
If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office.

Please allow 3-4 days for your Deshabillé order to arrive at your door step. Delivery lead times depend on which state you live.
If you require express post or courier, this can be arranged for an additional fee by calling 02 9948 6728.
Deshabille does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.

International Air Mail

Any orders placed internationally will be sent via Airmail. This will take approximately 7- 10 working days. Local postal guidelines apply if no one is home to receive the parcel.

Deshabillé offers this method of postage as a less expensive way to receive our product abroad, but does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced once delivered. A signature is not obtained using this postal method – therefore if there is any chance your parcel may end up in the wrong hands, we strongly advise the courier postage method (where is signature is obtained).

This option is highly recommended if you have a non secure means of receiving your mail, as a signature is required to receive your parcel. This faster service will take approximately 2-4, working days. We recommend you advise a work address if you think you may not be home to receive your delivery.

If no one is present to collect the parcel, you will be notified to pick it up from your local post office, otherwise it will be redelivered the following day. This procedure varies in different countries. Additional postage costs will apply if package is returned to Australia, and needs to be resent. Please see below for delivery rates.

We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, natural distasters etc.)
